@semalb thanks, i don't think i have implemented exchange on-prem since
exchange 5.0 :) my O365 is my home lab (i buy the Azure Action Pack).
It's not the difference i object to - its the giving me instructions
that don't work - docs should be up to date, and accurate but last good
docs was circa 20...

@Marc4056 , We've met with somewhat similar issue. After CU14 and
enforcing of WEP, all end users stopped being able to create public
subfolders in Outlook.They were getting "Cannot create the folder. You
do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation.." while
permissions were in place....
