@BCart505 I get hit by the null auth token many times per day too, sent
back to EXO Admin Center home page. I think it might be related to
Continuous Access Evaluation and Exchange team going the full distance
with supporting that feature. Continuous access evaluation in Microsoft

Additionally, it appears MS has already done some unscheduled (or
unannounced) deprecation of UploadItems SOAP call. Stopped working in
late March. I would happily move over to Graph if Mailbox-to-Mailbox
copy / move operations were available in Graph.
@j_ku It appears you're using the Entra Application permission and not
using the ApplicationImpersonation RBAC role, so no, this deprecation
doesn't affect the way you access EWS.
@Thai_Lam How many DC's the environment has? I wonder if there's DC
replication issue causing the version number not in sync on other DCs?
Also, can you confirm your using clean OS to perform recover server?
