Why do not have express installation and not superseded for other RTM's update?

YES, why it do not supersede any hotfix ??

(so autodecline function will not work)

Also SP3 for WSUS do not supersede a lot of updates that are superseded by SP3 in real :(

cause you cannot install SP3 on XP RTM. Minimum is SP1, recommended is SP2.

Em, could you tell me if I am using a non-updated SP1, then, I update it from WSUS, what will it do? Direct to SP3 or first to SP2 and then to SP3? Will it update the pre-SP3's update?

if SP1 aready it will install SP3 i assume.

SP1 could be declined, but keep SP2 for systems that are RTM only
