Wow document roll back sounds kinda usefull, although is there any way to disable that feature for individual files where you would not want to be able to roll back!

Any news on the vista upgrade program will MCE computers be eligible too guys?

I don't know if I can wait any longer as my new MCE laptop will either have to come out of its box tomorrow for the wife or I have to return it to Office Depot.

Thanks Nick, I think the wife will force my hand tomorrow night regardless.

However XP MCE is still a good product on the new HP laptop I bought, although I would love Windows Vista on it myself through the Express Upgrade program at least a MCE laptop can do all that fancy communication with the Xbox 360, and will satisfy the wife which at the end of the day is all that matters.

I like the new Xbox 360 advert by the way... with all the titles making up the 360 block by block, very slick and emphasises the choice of games on the console, and that the console is high def. I can hardly believe there are over 100 games for the 360 already that's pretty impressive for a console thats only been out one year.

The only tip I need is how to get Small Business Server 2003 or Server 2003 to connect via Remote Desktop to a Vista machine.

Is that possible and how?

Right now I think the Windows Defender on Vista is blocking that connection.

Well the wife finally forced me to open the new MCE laptop from HP, hopefully it will still qualify for a free or discounted upgrade to Vista. I'll be kicking myself if I miss out on a free/discounted upgrade by a few days.

XP MCE is nice though, I didnt realise the plus pack themes were integrated into Windows XP MCE, that was a nice touch.

Any tips on unzipping large files? Seem to have the same problem that XP has - zipped files that run larger than a few hundred megs always generate an error and I have to download a separate ap (WinZip) to succesfully pull them apart...

I love the new vista network map feature, the visualisation of your network really helps. I was switching over from a wired to wireless router today so my wifes MCE laptop can work, and it makes things a lot easier when you can see whats connected.

Hey DHS13: I'm thinking that all you need to do is to go to the Properties at Computer (right-click on Computer and select Properties) and select Remote Settings in the left column to enable remote desktop.
