According to the map, you do have a tester in Newfoundland and Labrador. That big island on the right of the Canada East map is the island of Newfoundland and the tester looks to be in the capital of St. Johns.

I'm the only one in my town to be a Vista beta tester. It also looks like the the nearest beta tester is 25 miles or so away from me. Pretty cool.
