I'm getting an error after installing App-V using this howto in IIS:

The application '/SoftGridManagement' belonging to site '1' has an invalid ApppoolId 'Classic .NET AppPool' set. Therefore, the application will be ignored.

EventID is 5048 and Source is WAS.

Any ideas?

Hi all

Under Role Services, Windows Authentication should also be installed, this will get rid of the 0000C801 authentication issues.

I have modified part 2 of the blog series Step 5. I had scribbled on the back of my bits of paper and did not writ them down!

I'm stopped with the configuration. I need to modify certificate permission, but I can't do it because the Windows 2008 that I installed is 64-bit platform. The Windows 2003 Resource Kit is not supported in 64-bit platforms.

Do you know other tools for changing permissions?
