&lt;p&gt;The application '/SoftGridManagement' belonging to site '1' has an invalid ApppoolId 'Classic .NET AppPool' set. &amp;nbsp;Therefore, the application will be ignored.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;EventID is 5048 and Source is WAS.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;

I need to modify certificate permission, but I can't do it because the Windows 2008 that I installed is 64-bit platform. The Windows 2003 Resource Kit is not supported in 64-bit platforms. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you know other tools for changing permissions?&lt;/p&gt;
