What version of SCCM is needed?

I am running Version: 4.00.6221.1000. When I navigate to SCCM Management Console > Site Database > Site Code > Site Settings > Site Systems > Server > Distribution Point

The Distrubtion Point properties does not have the two additional tabs "Multicast" and "Virtual Applications". Additionally, there is no...%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Configuration Manager\VirtualApp\Server) directory.

Is there a way to upgrade from my existing version of SCCM?

any help would be much appreciated...learning SCCM for the first time...
