In the past we have talked about portals in the wiki from time to time. Ed made with decent Arnold Schwarzenegger accent, Durval with the community portals and I with the Power BI portal and the User Groups portal. Today I want to add another portal to this list - the SQL Server 2014 portal. Again Durval Ramos has created this one. What does the portal contain at the time of writing? It links to some articles about the database engine, trainings and other references.
So, go to the portal and fill in some more articles!

Most Revised Article Award Article with the most revisions in a week
Yahahh!! Turkish Avengers strike again! Wherever there is work to be done, questions to be answered, knowledge to be shared, our beloved TAT will spring up and save the day! We love you guys.
Richard is one above us mere mortals. He is in fact considered a demigod in some TechNet circles. His pen often wafts over our offerings, turning everything he touches to pure gold. This fine article from Richard just grows and grows, like a tree of knowledge. One day this will be a mighty oak tree of acronyms.
Most Popular Article Award Collaboration is the name of the game!
I just love the energy and passion of these guys, so I haven't skipped them this week as the top three are the usual names, but the work from the TAT lately is quite amazing.
And that will jump you down to this new whitepaper:
Using Power BI in a Hybrid Environment
Many organizations are taking advantage of the benefits of cloud computing such as lower capital expenditures and increased agility, while still maintaining data in on-premises data stores. This paper describes best practices for security, networking, and component architecture for building a hybrid business intelligence (BI) environment by using a combination of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises data sources.
Applies to: SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure Publication date: August, 2014 Source: Download Center
Of course, I'm especially proud of this whitepaper, because it was identified as a big content gap by our Power BI customers, I project-managed it with the help of Carla Sabotta, and we got some of our brightest SQL Server MVPs to author it (Joey D'Antoni and Stacia Misner).
And special thanks to all our reviewers! They are listed at the top and with more info at the bottom of the whitepaper.
