Regarding plagiarism, the original council had some good articles but they weren't concrete enough and most of the plagiarism and spam wasn't yet deleted until Peter and I hit it hard in 2013 (with concrete guidelines and Peter actually going through and making the deletes)... and then with the support of the community leaders like Naomi, Richard, Carsten, and more!

Plagiarism is as a magic word on the internet world and on a technet wiki,a lot of as do it as beginners on the microsoft technet wiki but we develop ourselves after a while of time indeed and it is just a question of time to come up to the surface and become free from to copy others property.
