Ed, I'd like to create an Award for the Turkish Contributors .. Each Month we will select the from my Turkish Army the one who has the most contributed and give him a special award like the MTFC .. What do you think?

Gokan, absolutely!
Do you want to build off the "brand" of the MTFC and call it the MTTC (Microsoft Technical Turkish Contributor) award?
Please work with Philippe and Bruno to get their advice.

The French forum is now up, so I added it to this blog post and to the article that lists the communities.
