@Randall Parker: I am glad you recognize these ways IT professionals benefit from Office 365 versus Google. We are both interested in why companies as small as 10 people (http://bit.ly/guKFSB) chose Office 365, after trying Google for free as a very small business.

I trialed O365 for 30 days and liked most things but one major show stopper for me was the fact that although I could add several pop3/imap accounts and download their email - it was impossible to send messages "from" those accounts, without a "sent on behalf" message pointing back to the O365 account.

How many of us have more than one email account these days and who wants emails to be sent from a different account? Not me anyway. Fix this and you might get my business.
