Geoff has worked with SQL Server since 1991, he was the technical architect for one of the earliest SQL database project, going live with the original betas’ of both Windows NT and SQL Server on multiprocessor computers.  He has architected many high through and warehouse systems over the last two decades.  He is an active member of the SQL Community and has presented both at SQLbits conference and SQL User Groups both in the UK and Australia.

IJeb Reitsma is working as a Software Engineer/consultant for Prodware in The Netherlands.

He has been working with SQL Server since 2007 starting with SQL Server 2005. He
specializes in performance tuning. 

IJeb started with preparing for MCM late 2010 and passed the lab exam in August 2013.

 IJeb worked on many projects involving Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX and Microsoft BI tools.

36 year old guy from Sweden, working with SQL Server since 1998 starting from version SQL Server 6.5. First years working as production DBA and have over the years
moved more and more against deeper work within SQL Server towards performance tuning, High availability and Disaster recovery and
architectural design both on hardware and software side.

The last years working as Lead Database Specialist, leading his current company setting best practices and building new services within the latest SQL Server versions and private cloud technologies.
