Wow, that's pretty big hole... one of the workarounds is "Disable OWA for users who have delegated access to their mailbox". Hope it's fixed soon!

issues are never good Anthony - I totally agree with you!
This is a pretty convoluted scenario, and Outlook does not exhibit the issue. So while I don't have numbers to illustrate this, since it is limited to OWA the impact is reduced. The Product group are indeed working to resolve this.
You'll note the speed with which they addressed the issues with the Exchange 2013 CU6 build - that was great to see!
