I did the update and now my computer will not connect to the internet either with Internet Explorer or Firefox. The connection is working fine locally, a router and DSL, and the other computer, which has not been updated, still connects to the internet.
What happened?

could you please get in touch with me by mail (roger.halbheer@microsoft.com) but it would have to be Thursday or Friday.
It seems that we see certain problems with this update in conjunction with Zone Alarm. Do you have Zone Alarm on your PC? If yes, as a TEMPRORAY WORK-AROUND, set your security level to Medium. This should resolve the problem at the moment.
As I said, this is a temporary work-around and we are looking together with Zone Alarm into how to fix the problem.

Sorry being busy lately - but definately keeping an eye on all your posts.
Apart from Zone Alarm, is there any other applications which will cause issues?
Such as - Norton 360 and other security applications?
