I followed the steps above and added the email address to my "Work Email" in the User profile Settings. But if I go back and try to create an alert, it states that there are no email address for my account. Also in Edit resources, the Email address field has
been Greyed (Blue :-) out. No idea why. Would appreciate your feedback

Thanks for your prompt reply. It would seem after updating the user profile service, it took about an hour for the Profile to Sync to Project Online. Is this normal behaviour ?

Ok thanks. No problem then. We will work around that, will have to become part of the process then to add new users and update their profiles.
Hey Brian-is there a different workaround now that My Tasks have gone away?
