We found two problems with this service.
1- Minor - The synchronization users service does not restart .
2- Major - All our custom query in the db Projetct_Reporting are lost! Is it normal? Is it possible to avoid this in the future ?

Hi Roland, I'm not familiar with the service restart issue - I'll see if I can find out more. For you custom queries how were these named. Usually we leave anything custom alone - but I know we have some update code that will blow away our stuff before re-writing and will use wild cards - so if you have not used a different schema and have copied our naming convention then this may be the cause of the loss.

Is there a list of updates included in 2687457 available? We are specifically looking for 2687386, Project 2010 hotfix package (Project-x-none.msp). I can usually find these types of details but not this time. Any help will be appreciated.

What custom queries were lost? Are you able to run the SQL query in Management Studio?

We are running Project Server 2010, and of course SharePoint 2010, is there an order to installing these service packs (like SharePoint SP2 first and then Project Server SP2)?

We have a vision impaired user that would like to enter time into MSPS2010 timesheet cells, but we cannot find a way to make it work. Does Microsoft or anyone know how to do this. This person is able to work on a computer using software that tell them what they are on, but it does not tell them what timesheet cell they are on.
