Hello! Could you please make some light on installing order?

I already have Sharepoint 2013 (3-tier farm) with March PU and April CU installed.

The I install Project Server 2013, March PU, running successfully PSCONFIG.

Then i install April CU on all servers on the farm and done successfully. But when i run PSCONFIG, it tolds me, that i don't have installed April CU on only ONE of my servers, though i've installed CU already!

"Microsoft Project Server Web Front End Server Hotfix KB2737990 missing"

This situation repeats on clean farm with clean OS and affects only one of servers..

I've tried to aplly June hotfix instead of April CU, but getting the same error (but only with Web Frontend Component):

"Microsoft Project Server Web Front End Server Hotifx KB2817341 missing"

Can be a cause, that Sharepoint 2013 already have March PU and April CU installed before Project Server being installed?

I am going to deploy Ms. Project server from scratch. We don't have sharepoint. What licence I would need to buy? We have been using Ms. Project 2010 standalone for a while but we decided to created a central repository for the company. Thanks, Marie
