Maldonado - Thank you for your interest.  The link was for the SCCM 2007 offering.  The health remediation service has been updated to also support the SCCM 2012 product and it seems that while the old doc was taken down, the new doc doesn't have any external link yet.  I'm working with folks to get that corrected.  Until then, if you are a premier customer talk with your Technical Account Manager (TAM) and they can get the doc from the right folks inside Microsoft.
