I installed this on My Machine and the change doesnt show up. Does it only work if you are on Office 365 or will it work if you have Exchange On Premise?

How can I remove this button? It is THE ONLY button that does not show in the Ribbon configuration - it is absolutely stupid from Microsoft to do the change in so nonstandard way. By no means - go and add it but why in the hell is it added in such way that it does not show in the Ribbon config? Very disappointed.
