Really awesome!  I'm in the middle of an Exchange 2003 -> 2010 migration and am having issues with public folders/OABs/out of office things (weird stuff).  Anyway, users were getting errors when trying to turn off their out of office replies...maybe it's calendar related?  

This definitely bought me some time to keep troubleshooting! Great tips, wish me luck in wrapping up the migration...
