問題描述:

當使用網路芳鄰、UNC path、網路磁碟機連到遠端電腦時，出現0x80004005的錯誤，無法存取分享資料夾的內容。

解決方法:

我們懷疑這個問題產生的原因和以下文件描述的問題相關。如果在裝置管理員裏看到過多的6to4裝置，可能就會產生此問題。

如果要解決這個問題，提供以下的建議：

1. 在還沒發生這個問題的機器上，安裝此hotfix。

2. 在已經發生此問題的機器上，您可以：

a. 在裝置管理員裏手動刪除6to4的裝置。

b. 或是停用IPV6的功能。關於停用IPv6的話，可以加上以下的機碼

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\TCPIP6\Parameters

"DisabledComponents"=dword:ffffffff

 

由於愈來愈多的程式依賴IPv6才能運行，除非必要，我們不建議您採取停用IPv6來解決這個問題。假設真的發生了此問題，我們建議您採取的解決方式是「a.在裝置管理員裏手動刪除6to4的裝置」。

問題描述：

無法正常啟動Windows 7 ，即使輸入了正確的產品金鑰做線上啟動時，仍啟動失敗，錯誤訊息為0xC004E003

解決方法：

1. 停止Software Protection服務
2. 將C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\tokens.dat更名成token.old
3. 啟動Software Protection服務
4. 以run administrator的方式開啟CMD
5. 執行slmgr –rilc
6. 執行slmgr –rearm
7. 重新開機
8. 輸入序號，再次啟動Windows 7。

如果您想透過msg.exe來傳訊息，但不知要做如何設定，可以參考以下的步驟：

假設A要傳訊息給B機器，以msg  * /server: MachineB /w test 指令來做的話：

1. B機器的"HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server"右方的 AllowRemoteRPC 值要為1，重新開機

2. B機器上的防火牆「檔案及印表機共用」要開。

3. 假設A 機器的系統為Windows XP或是Windows 2003，除了以上的動作要做之外，請在以下的畫面中，「遠端桌面」的設定設成第二個或第三個，再試一次。

4. 假設A和B都是登入同一個Domain User，則沒有問題可以傳送。如果A和B各別登入不同的domain user，登入A機器的帳戶在B電腦上，需要有local admin的權限。

SYMPTOM

- Error msg appears "The user account does not have permission to view task history on this computer" when we switch between tasks rapidly from the Task Scheduler Library

- Click on refresh every few seconds 1, 2 or 3 seconds when viewing history, history fails with errors

CAUSE

=================

This problem has been identified as a bug.

So far this problem is scheduled to be fixed in Win8, there is no solution now available in Win7.

Although the problem would occur when we refresh Task Scheduler multiple times, most times it refreshes just fine.

Even if the user gets in this state, a workaround exists to restart Task Scheduler UI.
