  • Unified Communications Ignite Trainings in Switzerland again

    For Microsoft Partners, our CPLS Partner AddOn, is offering between March and June 2009 diverse Ignite Trainings (Level 300), covering Unified Communications.

    Learn about the possibilities that OCS und Unified Messaging can present, from Planning to Installation and Maintenance. A bootcamp, that will prepare you for the Microsoft Test 70-638 will also be held. It is recommended you first attend the OCS 2007 R2 Ignite training, and then the UC Voice Ignite training.

  • Installing SQL Server on a Read Only Domain Controller (RODC)

    Installing SQL Server on a Domain Controller is not recommended, but can be done. But, Installing SQL Server on a Windows Server 2008/2008 R2 Read-Only Domain Controller (RODC) is not supported, and not possible at all.

    “SQL Server Setup cannot create security groups or provision SQL Server service accounts on a read-only domain controller. In this scenario, Setup will fail
