The connection of social networking to digital collaboration. With Gen Y must come a new generation of "rules" (ie. in marketing, collaboration, communication, etc.) both within and outside an organization.

Hi Lynn,

I don't get the sense that companies are planning for Gen Y effectively and their natural familiarity with technology. They have a richer experience outside the company then internally. This has to a priority on the technology roadmap of managers where agility is key to success. Thank you for your comments.
