Please provide a ISO formatted offline installation image for Windows ADK upon its formal release. In many countries, states and regions, network quality is not as good as that in the United States, West Europe, Japan, South Koera and Hong Kong.

I agree with you. ISO would have been better. I have download all the installers one time & stored them in a single folder for reuse. :)

sometime I'm angry. why Microsoft don't care about downloading from some countries that not have good Internet speed. Please change the format to ISO download. it will be easier for many of us to download.... and should be support auto resume download if force download from ADKSetup.exe, not prompt to Retry and retry again and again..
