I had one more query.. the above scenario will work only on messages which are already present in the Inbox, what about the text messages that I will receive post creating this rule, will they still be moved to Text Message Folder?
This doesn't seem to work with +1 because all the phone numbers are just 10 digits? I don't like how all of my text messages and e-mails are all cluttered up now. I would have rather a new hierarchy tree for the text messages separate from the email.
This method does not work using a +1 US number. Do you know of any other way of sorting upon arrival? The only way I can think is using a VBScript and the mail item property of the text message and run the script on every incoming item. I don't understand why Microsoft would mix emails and text messages. Why not just make a new folder hierarchy for the text messages like it is on the phone?
I have tried this in my inbox and when I manually run the rule, it does work and the messages go into the folder per the rule. However, any new messages do not get moved and remain in the inbox. If I re-run the rule manually, they move out. Any ideas? I have re-created the rule a couple times and still no-go. I didn't use the country code, I just used my full mobile number as the specific "word" in the recipient address.

This only works when running the rule on existing inbox and not for new messages
This rule, like all other rules using things like the text message form or the complete TO: address only woirk when run manually.
thanks
