It would be cool if it was able to rotate images according to the orientation EXIF information also, doing both tasks in a single step.

I have an app that does the rotation, also with context menu integration, but, you know, the less clicks the best.

There are many such type of tools available but I personally use this very much on day to day basis for resizing images.

Check out www.ezyimageresizer.com. Lets you resize images online. No need to install anything. It runs as a java applet, so no need to upload/download files! (thas what pisses me off about other online image resizers)

there is a free image resizer that works on win xp, vista, win 7 and they claim they tested on the test version of windows 8

that is Free Image Resizer www.freeimageresizer.net and is completely free and safe

I installed the ImageResizer on 3 PCs. all Win7 64. Only one of them shows the Resize Pictures when Right-clicking on an iamge (jpg).
