About Dave Howe
I am a Senior Support Escalation Engineer for Office Communications Server and Unified Messaging in the Customer Support Services division. I came to Microsoft in October 2000, and supported both Windows and Exchange Server before moving to the Unified Communications team. Prior to joining Microsoft, I worked as a network and telephony administrator for a large manufacturing corporation. I currently reside in Rock Hill, South Carolina with my wife and three children.
