I'm was a Senior Escalation Engineer working in Microsoft technical support on desktop technologies for more than 15 years. I'm now Customer Support Team Manager for Windows. I mainly worked on Internet Explorer since day 1, Microsoft decided to release Internet Explorer 2.0. Some people are simply saying I'm crazy to support IE for so long. What if if they're right :)
