About Guillaume
I worked for around 8 years in one of the Big Five (that became the Big Four not so long ago) as a helpdesk guy and for the most as a system architect around AD, systems manageability and deployment.
Now I'm a support escalation engineer at Microsoft for the EMEA region, specialist on Windows OS deployment and setup as well as clustering (MSCS) or virtualization and supporting so far with my team mates around 80 technologies :-)
