Casey Spiller
Exchange Escalation Services, Microsoft
|
About Casey Spiller
I have been working at Microsoft since "the year 2000".
I originally came down to Charlotte, NC to work with Microsoft Site Server/Microsoft Commercial Internet Services. This grew into working quite a bit with Commerce 2000 and a little known application for BizTalk called the BizTalk Accelerator for Suppliers which attempted to bridge the gap between Commerce 2000 and BizTalk. Towards the end of this, I spent almost a year living in Bellevue, Washington.
In late September 2002 I decided to make a pretty big jump over to the Exchange team to learn a new product and change things up a bit. Originally starting out working on the XCON (Connectors) team specializing in transport related issues. Eventually I got bored again and made the jump to our Exchange Admin team. This gave me a chance to travel the globe training/mentoring Engineers.
Eventually I joined the Exchange Escalation Services team and now handle escalations in all of the Exchange Specialties. This led to yet another chance to travel the globe to Mentor our Exchange Escalation Services engineers in Bangalore, India.
More recently I have been working quite a bit with Lotus Domino/Notes Migration/Coexistence scenarios...
