Calling voicemail is a current feature with OCS when enabled for enterprise voice but it doesn't work in the RCC or co-existance scenarios. Will R2 allow these new features with RCC, or are they again restricted to Enterprise Voice?

Haven't heard of any changes to the RCC experience for R2. You may want to reach out to the folks at Genesys (www.genesyslabs.com) to see what they have found in testing R2 with RCC with their GETS solution.

Just curious, is mapping the 'message' or 'voicemail' button to dial Exchange UM on their legacy phones not a viable work around?

Thanks for the reply, yes we can use the handset to dial Exchange UM but the experience with OC is nicer as you are pre-authenticated and so don't need the password.
