&lt;p&gt;Haven't heard of any changes to the RCC experience for R2. You may want to reach out to the folks at Genesys (www.genesyslabs.com) to see what they have found in testing R2 with RCC with their GETS solution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just curious, is mapping the 'message' or 'voicemail' button to dial Exchange UM on their legacy phones not a viable work around?&lt;/p&gt;
