I was just IM'd this - yes, human proof by kitten.

Simple and brilliant, but might be susceptible to forgery by dogs or other interested parties.

Yep - you'd have to publish a brochure for non-cat-people on how they'd recognize a cat (or on what ducks look like, and only use cats and ducks).

And beyond that... high bandwidth/overhead requirements, and it'd be tricky to implement in a universally accessible way ("please identify cat noises from this panel of nine").

Still, I thought it was a fun idea.
