&lt;p&gt;Have problem with your procedure : upgrade WSS3 (WFE or SINGLESERVER) to MOOS 2007 &amp;quot;complete&amp;quot; is ok till we arrive to the step &amp;quot;create the first SSP&amp;quot;. Doesn't work, allways error to connect and this process try to restart and restart and restart.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have an idea to correct and complete this upgrade ?&lt;/p&gt;
