The error you received is a known issue with CHM downloads. To get the file to open correctly, save it locally (don't open it directly), and then when you double-click the file to open it, be sure you clear the &amp;quot;Always ask before opening this file&amp;quot; check box. &lt;p&gt;You say you changed your authoring environment. I'm curious. What authoring environment do you folks use their at MS? Do you use a component content management system, or is documentation still produced as entire &amp;quot;documents,&amp;quot; that is, in order to re-use content from one document in another you must copy &amp;amp; paste?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sharepoint is a document management application, but how do you actually compose the documents?&lt;/p&gt;
