Great blog, if you dont use US-English setting in the OS the export to visio might not work.

is the planning tool available for download anywhere publicly yet? i have only been able to find the workbook posted.

The planning tool is not available yet. The planning workbook we use with customers and partners is available at http://communicationsserverteam.com under Files.
