About Mobile enterprise
I spent the past 4 years in Microsoft IT being a manager or “boss” as some of the close team members would call me in a group called Global Client Hardware. We set all of Microsoft’s hardware standards starting with PCs, monitors, printers, peripherals and mobile devices globally. We were also responsible for all of the related services for mobility such as Tier2 support, security, mobile operator relationships, etc. My ex team was the primary pillar when building and setting the global strategies for hardware and mobility for Microsoft internally.
In January 2006 I have left for a marketing position in the worldwide marketing organizations with Mobile and Embedded devices. My primary responsibilities are global account and complex deployment, where I want to ensure we can provide learning and help to make their deployments of Windows Mobile devices smooth, easy and cheap. Simply take what I have learned with doing it for Microsoft and apply it to all of the other global companies. Easier said than done…. J
