&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Right Click the Adobe 8 executable (AdbeRdr80_en_US.exe)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on the "Compatibility" tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the box&amp;nbsp;under "Compatibility mode" for "Run this program in.....&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click OK&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;
