PowerGUI consists of a GUI that allows you to easily inspect and execute Windows PowerShell cmdlets as well as a “click-through macro” for writing Windows PowerShell scripts.

Using Windows PowerShell to manage Windows Server 2008 Active Directory and Read-Only Domain Controllers - Windows PowerShell is included as part of Windows Server 2008. In this session, we examine Terminal Services in Windows Server 2008. For organizations that have remote users, Windows Server 2008 adds improvements and innovations to Terminal Services that facilitate better integration of remote and local applications on client computers, access to these same remote programs via a Web browser, and a means to access remote terminals and applications across firewalls. Because Windows Server 2008 will ship on x64, it has the ability to use the additional processors and RAM that x64 offers, which increases the number of users that a Terminal Services server can support by 3.4.

Michael Murphy discusses Network Access Protection or NAP in Windows Server 2008 with Amith Krishnan. With NAP, you can create customized health policies to validate computer health before allowing access or communication, to automatically update compliant computers to ensure ongoing compliance, and, optionally, to confine noncompliant computers to a restricted network until they become compliant. Amith Krishnan is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, and is responsible for the product management of Windows Server's platform networking and security technologies.
