I have a cuurent and active technet plus subscription and receiving the following error when trying to download vista sp1:

An Error Has Occurred

We were unable to locate the benefit that you were trying to claim in your benefit list.

I get this "There are no Top Downloads to display at this time. See all available downloads."

I am able to download from subscriber downloads.

I am still getting "There are no Top Downloads to display at this time. See all available downloads." I don't have any problems seeing the other downloads and I also just downloaded Windows 2008. But the Vista SP1 just isn't available under top downloads.

Oh - BTW sometimes when I click "Microsoft Download Center" from the downloads page I get a page in "French"

When I log into TechNet the Top Subscriber download box says “There are no Top Downloads to display at this time.” I can download the others like Windows 2008. If I click the Downloads tab there is a link called “Microsoft Download Center” when I click on it, the page comes up in French. Sample text “Téléchargements très demandés”

Help I really need Vista SP1,

No matter what I do all I get is the message "No Top Downloads to display at this time.

Can you please tell me how to get to SP1???

Same problem here ... I have a Windows Live ID linked to a valid TechNet Plus account that can download other subscriber downloads, but the Top Downloads section just shows "There are no Top Downloads to display at this time."

Ditto here on the TechNet issue with SP1 ... I can download everything BUT SP1 ... i am getting the "No top downloads available at this time..."

I am having trouble getting the Top Downloads to display this morning. Yesterday it took several reloads of the page before they finally showed up and I was able to get the x86 & x64 update dvd downloaded.

Das Problem besteht immer noch.

Es wird keine Top-Downloadliste angezeigt.

Und was besonders nervt ist, dass ständig dieser sch.. Silverlight schirm hochpopt!

I cant see them either, anyone got another link to Vista SP1? Need to get it on some machines before it gets released.
