I have to say, your fancy new menu system is a pain.  I used to be able to Very Quickly find what I wanted in the old style download menu system.  Now I am hunting for things.  And the pop-up menus are constantly blinking out.  You need to add a delay in how quickly they disappear.  And how do I know whether to choose CD or DVD?  And what is "Unknown" for file type?  And if they are all .iso files, why do you even have that drop down list?  And where is "My Subscriptions"?  That was a great way for me to quickly check if there were any new downloads for the software I needed.

It took about 5 minutes to find XP Pro with SP3, and the VL version is listed, but grayed out...why?

Change isn't always needed or good.  What you have now, needs work.

I still can't find SP3, even using my Technet downloads. Where the heck is it? I need the standalone version for my 1000+ clients.

I bet Google will help me find it faster!
