TechNet Plus: New Content in Subscriber Downloads

Hello -

 

Thanks for all of the feedback on our site changes.    Based on your feedback and the common consensus that “What’s New” is critical to your experience of Subscriber Downloads we have found a short term solution are increasing the priority of the long term functionality enhancement. 

 

 The New Content in Subscriber Downloads can now be seen at: http://technet.microsoft.com/subscriptions/cc526022.aspx and will be available via RSS in the future.

 

For those you receiving errors or having a specific problem with the new site,  please contact your local customer service center, so that they can troubleshoot and gather your information.

Year! The new site is nice, but I find one seriouse bug. I detect that some the products now are not available for me. For example: now I cann`t download Windows Vista Business. Please fix it.

I am glad to have that back and sure that others we talked about will be added as you are able to.

The Desktop Optimization Pack is shown on that page but it is still grayed out once I login to download it. I know I was able to access this before as a friend with the same subscription I have got it before the changeover.  Could we all get access to this again?

Also access to Vista Home and Premium keys again which are missing, there may be others we are missing too but I have not seen them yet.

Could you tell why with the "Technet Direct Download" you don't have access to :

- Windows Vista Business

- Windows Driver Kit for Windows Vista

and more ?!

When we subscribed it was "ALL operating system" and I didn't check the other section

About the site, do you have a backup of the previous one, this one is very ... not good.
