TechNet Plus: Subscriber Downloads database upgrade

The system that hosts TechNet Subscriber Downloads content will be unavailable intermittently over this weekend for a database upgrade. 

 

The upgrade will occur from Friday, October 5th, 2007 5:00 PM PDT to Monday, October 8th, 2007 2:00 AM PDT. 

 

Impact:

During this time Subscribers will have intermittent or no access to Subscriber Downloads.  All other subscriber benefits (Product Keys, Managed Newsgroups, eLearning & Online Concierges Chat) will be available during this time.

 

I will provide an update on Monday.  I appreciate your patience & apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
