Personally I am intrested in all courses on Infrastructure.

What I don't like about the e-Learning courses is that there is way to much clicking. More text, longer video's and more questions togheter would be alot better. I know how to click, it's the learning I want :-)

I'd like to see something on Virtual Server sometime.  I hear a lot about how virtual server could kick vmware out of the picture.

I'd really like to see a whole lot more training offered in anything that is available for download. Technet is an opportunity to try / evaluate new (to you) technologies, and training would enhance that evaluation.

Personally, I'd use Vista, SQL Server, and the Office products.

I don't like the current model where e-Learning courses are offered on a limited set of subjects for a limited period of time. I would much rather see all of the e-Learning courses available all of the time to Technet Plus subscribers. This would add a lot of value to a Technet Plus subscription.

My only thought is about those little pens with mini coopers on the ends :-)

I would love to see a little more time for some of these training courses. I have a problem with not having enough hours in the day to get to the training, and would do well if each of those training courses were available for a little longer. I also understand that they can't be there forever, but working a 12 hour day and then trying to get some training is not the most conducive to using these.

It would be interesting to also be able to get a little more direction as to which certifications are covered by the different training courses. I would like to see a little easier to find information on the requirements of each of the certifications.
