  • Course 5365: Connecting and Troubleshooting Mobile Devices with Windows Vista™
    In this online learning course, you connect and troubleshoot mobile devices to Windows Vista including Sync Center, Windows Mobile Device Center, Sideshow devices, and Over The Air synchronization directly to Exchange Server. This also helps prepare you for certification exams 70-620, 70-621, and 70-623.
  • Course 5356: Fundamentals of Windows Vista™ Client-Side Network Services
    In this online learning course, you explore the fundamentals of network services from a Windows Vista client perspective. You learn the basics of DHCP, and name to IP address resolution. These basics are strengthened with technical depth areas on DHCP network packet trace, DHCP relay agent, dynamic DNS, NetBIOS node types, and WINS. It also includes a treatment of VPN, L2TP, port filtering, and IPv6. In addition, these fundamental concepts are reinforced in a virtual lab where you capture a network trace and analyze the packets for DHCP, DNS, NetBIOS, and VPN traffic.
  • Course 5351: Maintaining and Optimizing Windows Vista™
    In this online learning course, you troubleshoot slow performance and system stability issues in Windows Vista™. In addition, you apply best practices around protecting and updating Windows Vista. This also helps prepare you for certification exams 70-620, 70-621, 70-622, and 70-623.
