Have you tried Subscriber Downloads yet?

TechNet Plus customers now have access to a subscriber downloads site for accessing subscription content.  Have you tried it?

The new site also allows you to access all of your product keys online.  No more worrying about what happened to that piece of paper that had the keys when you got your shipment.

Obtain your product keys online in 3 easy steps:

1.       Sign in to TechNet Subscriber Downloads by clicking the Downloads and Product Keys link under Subscriptions Benefits on http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/default.aspx (complete the registration process if it's your first visit)

2.       Choose Product Keys from the main menu.

3.       Select the products for which you need a product key and click the Request Keys button.

Thanks,

Kathy Dixon

The Product Keys option is available to all TechNet Plus subscribers worldwide - it is on the top navigation after you go to the Subscriber Downloads benefit.

I have the same complaint.  Actually, when I log on, nothing changes.  Everything I can access while I signed in, I can access without signing in.  There is no 'Product Keys' menu option.  I have concierge option for help.  I've used both before, so there' something apparently wrong with the logon process.

Problem fixed.

I registered again.  As soon as I did, I got a slightly different screen with the Product Keys menu.

The system was logging me in and saying "Welcome Mark", giving me the impression that it knew me and I was authorized.

Seems to me to be a design flaw.  If I wasn't logged in to the Technet Plus site, what was I logged in to?  It said Technet Plus in 3 or 4 different locations on the page.

I also cannot find the product keys. For that matter, I can't find the downloads for the products. I tried logging out/in, no change. I tried re-registering; no change. If the product keys are only going to be available online, and I can't get them online, the value of the Technet Plus subscription is GREATLY reduced!!!!

How long does the software stay up?  I see there isn't any links for Windows 2000.  I guess I should download everything just in case one day I need it or do you guys post a message when you are about to remove a software product from the listing?
