Bob Muglia kicked off the sold-out TechEd 2006, by detailing Microsoft’s commitment to helping IT professionals and developers design, deploy and operate an infrastructure for the “People-Ready” Business (IT ready).  Ray Ozzie and Chris Capossela re-iterated to the more than 11,000 attendees that "service disruptions" cost enterprises billions of dollars, and Microsoft is devoted to help prevent the "disruptions" through the advances in Microsoft technologies.  Here's a few notables (announced today):
