MMS 2005 - Last Day
Day 5 (last day) of Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) 2005 did not start out with a keynote address, BUT it gave the attendees one last time to play with the enterprise management products, and consume one last bit of technical information.
Overall, this year's MMS was a success! Many of the attendees and MVPs I've talked to really benefited from this year's event. They were excited to see DSI finally coming through with concrete products (i.e. System Center family), and how Microsoft is helping their automation of enterprise deployment less taxing and monitoring the health of their secure environment easier. They're already looking forward to next year's MMS in sunny San Diego.
I concur with our customers' and MVPs' feedback. It was also a great opportunity to meet some new faces, who are heavily involved in the Management Community.
Well, before I fly out of "Sin City," I've got to do one last thing -- attempt to get a tan at Mandalay Bay's Wave pool and Lazy River. See you back at the Ranch (Redmond) later today.
