The Windows Sysinternals team as brought out a new utility, called Disk2vhd, that creates VHD (Virtual Hard Disk - Microsoft’s Virtual Machine disk format) versions of physical disks for use in Microsoft Virtual PC or Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machines.
