&lt;p&gt;That is a rather emphatic statement and is also untrue. Without going into specifics, I upgraded RC WIN 7 from Vista Premium. With the exception of three applications, the OS works flawlessly and compared to Vista, is a joy to use.&lt;/p&gt;
