TechNet Plus: Windows XP SP3 is available for Download

As noted on the TechNet Plus Blog, Windows XP SP3 is now available for download by TechNet subscribers. Windows XP SP3 includes previously released updates for the operating system, as well as a small number of new updates that should not significantly change the Windows XP experience.
